    Lewiston Lake Trail

This year around trail combines South Lakeshore Trail, Baker Gulch Trail and an unnamed trail which together connects Mary Smith Campground and Cooper Gulch Campground. The trail meanders along the shore of Lewiston Lake through a mixed forest of conifer and deciduous trees, surrounded by abundant wildflowers. Boating and fishing are permitted on the lake. Just south of the bridge over Baker Gulch, the spur heading toward Lewiston Lake leads to a small pebble beach at the Baker Gulch cove. 3.1-mile out-and-back trail along Lewiston Lake, it takes an average of 1 h 15 min to complete. This trail is great for birding, camping, and fishing, and it’s unlikely you’ll encounter many other people while exploring.

Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
